SHARED OCC PRIORITY MANAGEMENT
OCC Alert Centre
One shared controller queue across authorised users. Acknowledgement, assignment, monitoring, notes and resolution are persisted in Supabase with a full audit history. Alert detection remains deterministic from AVL, schedule, resource and manually-scanned traffic data.

Driver Device Platform
The tablet is fitted to a vehicle once. Each driver simply signs in at the start of the shift; Platform Admin does not assign drivers to buses every day.

GTFS, live GPS, traffic and Tirana AVL analytics remain the source of operational truth. OpenAI receives only a compact summary and returns explanation/recommendation.
- No web search in runtime.
- No GTFS files or map geometry sent.
